Scary Teacher 3D is a stealth-based adventure game that puts you in the shoes of a student who's up against a scary teacher. The game might seem like a horror story at first. For example, you might try to ruin her breakfast by adding something unpleasant to the meal when she's not watching. Or you could even go as far as to move a mousetrap so that she's the target instead of a rodent.

The game also provides users with more narrative content than they might expect from a mobile stealth game. The story is never particularly heavy or filled with lore. But there's still an enjoyable backstory to experience as the player starts to see more of the world.

On top of that, the results of being found really can feel ominous. Despite the fact that the player is in control there's always a very real threat in the form of the scary teacher. The eponymous scary teacher really does live up to her title. She's an ever-present threat even when she's out of sight. Or, it might even be said that she's more of a threat when you don't know where she is. Because you never know what might be standing behind you when you're working against her interests.

The game does have some flaws to keep in mind though. The in-game advertisements appear a little too often and will often break the sense of immersion. On top of that, your character's walking speed is often inconsistent. This can lead to issues when trying to stay hidden and avoid the scary teacher. The fact that the game is so fun and engaging can also be something of an issue because a lot of important content is hidden behind a paywall. The game is free. But some of the chapters are leveraged as paid content that you can't unlock with in-game achievements.
